CAREER TRACKER GUIDE

Within this forum are three sub-forums: MoM Employee Career Trackers, SM Employee Career Trackers and Hogwarts Employee Career Trackers. Depending on where your character is employed, their employee file will be stored in one of these locations.

As mentioned in The Whomping Willow Exchange, there is a checklist of tasks you can complete throughout the work term, and the more you complete, the more galleons you can earn toward improving your character's magical ability. Not only are you allowed to track their magic, but you can also track their career advancement.

Once you sign up for a position within the Ministry, at St. Mungo's, or at Hogwarts (Professor), your file (a thread) will be created by the relevant admin. At the end of each term, if you satisfy the criteria to 'pass', you may request on your employment report (found in the Willow) to receive either a pay increase (bonus) or a promotion (if your character qualifies). Once your report card is verified, your file(thread) will be updated accordingly.
