Year One ~ September 1920 - August 1921
Maevie is meeting her housemates Maevie gets kidnapped from the school's carnival alongside two other girls by Thayer, held captive and tortured until the school's professors and the Minister manage to free them Maevie and Ever meet for the first time after the kidnapping incident Maevie convinced Benji to search for what she believes to be a werewolf roaming the camp site

Benji teaches Maevie how to ride a broom Maevie stumbles into Ever in the Trophy Room and is happy to look at things with her friend, Ever has a moment of recognition though and Maevie finds a spark of hope for her friend's mental health Maevie testifies in the Maddox Barlowe's trial dealing with the events of the kidnapping of 1921 Maevie finds Benji in the common room after waking up from a nightmare, the two venture to the kitchen for snacks Maevie is going to the library for some distraction when she comes across a very dishevelled Tilly trying to study for OWLs Maevie wanders the castle after curfew and ends up watching the meteor shower with Tilly on the rooftops, hearing about Ever's new living situation Maevie visits Ever in St. Mungo's psychiatric ward, excited to spend an afternoon with her friend when it all takes a tragic turn
