Meet Your Prefect! - Oilibhéar Ó Coigligh - 01-05-2026

Meet Your Prefect:
Oilibhéar Ó Coigligh
ABOUT THE CHARACTER

Don’t worry no one calls Bear by his government name. Just Bear is fine. No sense waisting time with that many syllables.

Bear’s most pivotal character trait is his focus on how he uses his own time - ignoring those teenage moments where he decides to live in the moment and cut something else unimportant later. This obsession with time started when he was young as his mother’s parents have a clock repair shop in Knockturn Alley which is one of his favorite places ( naturally it repairs other things ). Seeing the impact of the Irish War for Independence hit a bit too close to home in Belfast, where he lives, over the summer he decided he wasn’t going to be the type of person who just focused on themselves and their interests ( with most of Bear’s interests involving clocks ). Bear ended up helping at a small wizarding hospital in Belfast that his mother works at dealing with the injured and seeing the impact that had on helping people decided he wants to be a healer. A focus which will be unexpected by many considering Bear's past.

ABOUT THE WRITER

Howdy! I’m Ollie and I’ve been writing on various RP sites for a long time and joined this one as I have some rp buddies on it. I’m always looking for more rp buddies to write with so reach out! I tend to love open threads starting them when a random idea comes to me ( and the zero anxiety of getting to start something without flailing words about to nudge others into whatever random idea I have that day is a plus ). I tend to focus on comedic, coming-of-age, and sideways perspectives/development on situations with the characters I write.

Feel free to reach out as I’d love to plot your character with Bear.
